icon are documents or other files to be downloaded rather than viewed online. Wherever possible, downloadable files have been
saved as self-extracting archive files (the file will have a name ending in ".EXE") which can be "unzipped" by
simply double-clicking on the file after it has been downloaded.
Most text documents have been saved in Microsoft Word 2000® format. If you do not have access to a copy of Microsoft Word 2000, you can download a free viewer program (see the second link under "Downloads" in the menu tree at left).
